Excellent service. Very friendly staff.Took my daughter for her bruised foot, and was seen after ten minutes, X-ray ten minutes later and results ten minutes after that - well worth the $100 fee. If your injury isn’t an emergency but is urgent - come here .

Seen quickly. Great facility for the Midland community. In particular thanks to Nurse Amy and Priyal at reception for being so kind to my son and giving him such great care.

My daughter who booked an appointment as she had a blocked ear and was hopping to have it suringed out, was told to go make appointment with her local GP which she would of done if she could off and was charged $125 for that advice!! I can understand why now people go straight to hospital where you do not pay anything. Bit of a rip off.

Went here at 9.15 on a Sunday was out with a confirmed break within 45 minutes. Can’t fault this place, friendly staff, efficient. I mean ideally it would have more government funding to reduce the out of pocket expense. But the service and medical treatment was fantastic. Thank you

I had two sick girls with different symptoms. I was charged $150 each with no diagnosis. Since this visit one of my girls visited emergency. They have both seen a GP and the service they received was professional. Blood tests were taken and medication provided. Very poor service. Girls at reception very polite, efficient and helpful.

I went to get my elbow checked after being knocked off my bike. Great service. I saw a nurse 10 minutes after chatting to reception/check in desk (please note, this was late afternoon). A doctor 5 minutes later and I had an x-Ray shortly after; the results didn't take long. They even had a remote specialist who looks at the x-rays to give their opinion too.Only out of pocket $100 (x-Ray and service, may be more, if additional support is needed), compared to waiting hours in ER or going to the GP to then be referred somewhere else for an x- Ray. Which would cost you at least that, if not more. 100% worth it.Staff were all very friendly, I would go back and recommend for anything not life threatening.

Perfect service at midland urgent careI went to midland urgent care and I was in straight away Nurse Alex and doctor akeemLooked after me They gave a anti inflammatory needle which has helped so much and I was giving a tablet to put under my tounge gave me a chest X-ray I have never felt so looked after before1 million stars for midland urgent care and1 star for Armadale hospital they sent me home with no tests nothing so urgent care midland is now my go to for sure stuff Armadale emergency

The front staff and the nurses are really nice. Really friendly and welcoming when you walk through the doors. Unfortunately, with only one doctor on, there was about a 2 hour wait to be seen. Only for the Doctor to then not be to interested in helping me. I was basically told they don't really handle cases like mine and I should see a gp, get xrays and blood tests done. I went to Midland because I thought that is what they did! So basically I waited 2 hours, paid $100 (of which I get less than half back) got a 2 minute consult with a GP"

Very upset with my experience here and left feeling dismissed and not listened to.Upon admission, nurse checked my vitals to find my blood pressure was super high, high heart rate and a fever. I mentioned that along with the issue I came in for, I also had been having chest pain.An hour later, a doctor comes in - ends up telling me just take panadol and go to the emergency department if the pain gets worse. Vitals were never re-checked after being alarmingly high, chest pain issue was completley ignored and I was sent away with no answers and $140 down.

Went to this spotless clean facility with bad gastro...stuck in a truck for days..most pleasant easy to deal with staff ..nurse care was excellent and doctor sorted me out asap...dont get the same kind freindly manners in the eastern states...might have to move west i reckon
