Very helpful reception team. Doctors, nurses and radiographers helpful and knowledgeable. Well worth the money to visit here. We were seen within an hour on Xmas day. Follow up appointment was also included in original price. Would highly recommend this centre for urgent treatment.

Lovely and thorough staff, fantastic service. I really cannot speak highly enough of the whole team at cockburn urgent care, the reception, nurses and doctors all treated me with the utmost care and respect. I got referrals when needed, and the follow up care was fantastic! Cannot recommend enough.Always remember, wait times often have nothing to do with the staff!

Reception staff really friendly but that's the end of the customer service. I had a suspected fractured toe and was handed a xray form and then told to walk around to xray. After being manhandled by the radiographer I was told to walk back to casualty. Another patient who was there asked for a wheelchair for me because he could see I was struggling to walk and was told 'I can't push it'. My husband was with me and would happily push the wheelchair but I was in too much pain too stand there and argue with her.Where was the care or the empathy. The pain was the most excruciating I have ever felt and was in tears by the time I reached a cubicle. Not once did any of the staff offer a wheelchair or even crunchers to help. Never again will I ever go there. I would rather sit in a public hospital waiting room for 5 hours than be treated like an inconvenience or a nuisance. Never again

Get a nurse practitioner to do any glueing on cuts etc for children. They are more precise. 1st time I came here for my cut above my child's eyebrow the male nurse practitioner did an amazing job.Second time I took my child here for a cut to be glued and now three days later sitting at FSH ED due to it being not being cleaned properly and leaking pus the local GP recommended going to the ED next time instead. Please don't waste your money.

Called up to check if the x-ray can be done prior the visit, was told it can be done eventhough it’s almost at closing hour; turned out the radiologist refused to do it. Shouldn’t put the opening hours until 10pm if the operating hours is only until 5pm. What a waste of time !!!!

Nurse Colleen is exceptional when attending to my kid on visits. She is clearly very experienced and you can be assured your child is getting the best care if she is on duty.

Waited to see doctor. They xrayed and said couldn’t see brake possible tendon damage. Fitted a moon boot told me take ibuprofen and rest foot. Once home I realised no leaflet on care or follow up details. I wasn’t told how long to wear boot. I rang back but was told busy ring back tomorrow. To the owners reply, sorry email not going throughFurther info to my consult.I rang again this morning to say I hadn’t received any aftercare information apart from remove boot for bed.Receptionist this morning told me I had been given info to see doctor in a week. This was not told to me. I asked how bad was the sprain, told couldn’t give me info over phone, see your own doctor. Not very helpfulI was told on the day by doctor X-ray didn’t show brake they don’t do scans see your own doctor for referral if pain consists. Told to take ibuprofen ( doctor spent all of 2 mins telling me that and recommended a moon boot $60) I said yes if required then a nurse came in fitted boot asked me if could walk.Told me to remove for bedThen said I could go.I understand that they were very busy, nurses were doing change over. Someone came in asked if I was ( can’t remember name they said ‘irene’ maybe) I said no and then they were asking each other who saw lady, where was she. Obviously very busy.Hopefully they have forward on my results to my doctor as a have booked an appointment with them tomorrow to get aftercare details and info on my X-ray resultsMaybe a report letter with follow up details could be attached to the invoice that they are very quick to give. At least if I would have gone to hospital they do give out leaflets on your injury. That would say if to follow up,If should rest leg, ice etcI was recommended to use cockburn it’s a shame I don’t feel as happy to recommend themSent from my iPhone
